    Our program will survey the rapidly changing employment law landscape, regarding marijuana use.  The program will provide updates on this subject given the substantial developments in New Jersey and New York over this past year, including New Jersey voters’ adoption of a constitutional amendment to legalize marijuana.  The developments in legalization has significant implications for employers with respect to pre- and post- employment drug testing and administration of reasonable accommodations for those with medical conditions treated by medical marijuana.  The program
