    With 10+ years of experience in talent management, workforce analytics, and organizational development, Beverly brings a wealth of expertise in aligning HR strategy with business outcomes.

    Jessica Blodgett is a SHRM Senior-Certified Professional currently working as the Directorof People, Culture, and Communities at CMMB- an international NGO that focuses on providing long-term, cooperative, medical and development aid to communities affected by poverty and unequal access to healthcare.

    She received her Master of Science in Human Capital Analyticsand Technology at NYU and served in several student leadership roles. Outside of academia, Jessica’s passion for community involvement has included serving on the Emerging Professionals Advisory Council for SHRM National and as Participant Experience Co-Chair for SHRM New Jersey.

    During her spare time, Jessica loves visiting national parks with her family and friends or visiting a new place she hasn’t been to before—whether it's the next town over or on a different continent
