Devika Bhagwandas is currently the Manager of Global Immigration for the Estee Lauder Companies in NYC.  She serves as the primary point of contact and provides critical support and advice to Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and employees as well as their families on all US and Global immigration matters.  She provides guidance as well as ongoing education to the HR community on entry strategies to the US that are in line with immigration regulations and that adhere to corporate policies and procedures pertaining to work permits, visa renewals and permanent residency sponsorship for foreign nationals in the U, as well as globally. Devika possesses over 19 years of experience in business immigration, and has worked for various organizations including Verizon Media (Immigration Specialist), The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (Immigration Advisor), Gibney, Anthony and Flaherty LLP (Immigration Client Services Manager) and Cognizant Technology Solutions (Team Lead).

Devika holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business both from New Jersey City University. She also holds the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) Certification.
