    Speaker: Sean Kelly is a senior partner in the Employment Law Practice Group of Saiber LLC, a Florham Park and Newark firm of 60 attorneys. Mr. Kelly has over 30 years experience in counseling employers and defending employment cases, including wrongful discharge, discrimination, retaliatory discharge, wrongful denial of employee benefits, executive compensation, stock options, severance agreements, and preparation of employee handbooks and policy manuals. A graduate of Yale College and Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Kelly is a former Master of the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn of Court, has repeatedly been included in New Jersey Monthly Magazine's annual list of "SuperLawyers", and is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney (a designation given to less than 2% of lawyers in the State.) He has published several articles on employment law in the New Jersey Law Journal and Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, and is frequently featured as a speaker by such groups as New Jersey Business & Industry Association, the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Essex County Bar Association.

    This program is approved for 1.0 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
