    Using recent survey data and analysis from BlessingWhite, Gallup and SHRM, China arms participants with the business data needed to understand the crucial business case for the creation of effective recruitment and employee engagement/retention programs as the economy recovers and employees begin to evaluate their options. Using her inside knowledge of and Tony Hsieh, China will share the approaches that uses to build its business success by focusing on these three key HR and business drivers.
    At the conclusion of the program participants will be able to:
    Understand the most current data available
    Create a compelling business case for focusing organization resources on these issues
    Prepare an Initial outline for the creation of a new approach in one of the three focus areas
