    Speaker: Seymour is a Partner in Aon Hewitt’s Talent practice, where he heads Integrated Solutions. Seymour is based in New York and consults with client organizations throughout the country and with Global 500 organizations on talent strategy and assessment, succession planning, leadership development, and the mitigation of people-based enterprise risk. He has served as co-practice leader for the Talent Solutions Consulting practice at Aon as well as head of the Human Capital Global Practice Council and currently serves on the Aon Hewitt Global Leadership Council.

    Seymour was a founder and principal of Assessment Solutions Incorporated, a firm he helped take public in 1997, which was acquired by Aon in 2001. In addition to a 35-year career as a practitioner, Seymour has taught in graduate programs in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Purdue University, Stevens Institute of Technology, Tel Aviv University, New York University, and currently is an adjunct professor at Hofstra University’s doctoral program in Applied Organizational Psychology.

    A graduate of the Doctoral Program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at New York University, Seymour is a Fellow of the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association, has served as President of the Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology, and has contributed extensively to both the scientific and practitioner literatures in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He is the co-editor of the recently published book, Technology Enhanced Assessment of Talent (Wiley, 2011).

    This program is pending for 1.0 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
